Summer of Fun

Thanks to the Support of the Welsh Government, Sport Wales, and building on the success of our previous Winter of Wellbeing programme, StreetGames’ Summer of Fun project funded 22 community organisations to deliver high quality Doorstep Sport to young people living in underserved communities in Wales. This funding intervention was aimed at those organisations who had successfully completed a Winter of Wellbeing project with us, and for whom continuation funding would make a real difference to the activities they were able to provide to the young people they work with. In addition, the funding received to administer this programme enabled StreetGames to put on a range of fully-funded training opportunities for the network in Wales.
